Email Types
Choose from seven email template types optimized for different use cases:
- Newsletter — Regular content updates with multiple sections
- Promotional — Sales, discounts, and special offers
- Welcome — New subscriber/customer onboarding
- Transactional — Order confirmations, receipts, shipping updates
- Announcement — Product launches, feature updates, company news
- Event Invite — Event details with RSVP calls-to-action
Creating an Email Template

Describe Your Email
Enter a description of the email content — what it's about, the tone, and any specific elements you want included.

Choose Email Type
Select from Newsletter, Promotional, Welcome, Transactional, Announcement, or Event Invite.

Attach Icons (Optional)
Attach icons from your library to embed them in the email design.

Generate
Click generate. The AI creates a fully responsive HTML email with layout, copy, and styling.
Merge Tags / Variables
Insert dynamic merge tags into your email that get replaced with real data when sent. Click "Insert Variable" to add one:

You can also add custom variables by typing any name in the variable input field.
Editing & Exporting
- Edit Mode — Modify text, move elements, resize, and delete sections inline. Undo supported.
- Download HTML — Export the email as a .html file ready for your email service provider
- Copy HTML — Copy the raw HTML to your clipboard
- Save — Save the template to your history for later use
